Data Protection
When you make any purchases through our website, no vital information such as credit card details are stored onto our website. All transactions are safely processed through PayPal or Stripe (Credit Card) service. We only store basic information which you enter when creating a membership account on Digital Plugs.

Newsletter
When shopping on our site, if you’ve ever made a purchase or have entered your email we automatically collect this data and add you onto our newsletter which is powered by a third-party. Our newsletters share updates or any exclusive offers – you will have the freedom to opt out at any time (you can find the unsubscribe option at the bottom of any of our newsletter emails).

Cookies
Our website does indeed use cookies to allow certain functions within the website to work correctly to make sure you have a hassle free experience whilst shopping with us. By shopping with us, on Digital Plugs you automatically agree to the use of cookies.

Cookies are alphanumerical identifiers, small text files we transmit to the hard disk of your computer via your web browser or other programs. They enable Digital Plugs systems to recognise your browser and offer you different services. No security relevant or personal data will be stored. Furthermore, cookies cannot transmit viruses, spy out data on your computer or send e-mails without your notice. Also, every web server can only read cookies it has set itself.

Using our web site without cookies being set is possible under certain conditions; a purchase in the shop unfortunately does not work without the possibility of setting cookies.

Most browsers are set by default to accept cookies automatically. But you can disable cookies being stored or configure your browser in a way that it notifies you before storing cookies. As you can only make full use of the most of our interesting features with cookies being enabled, we recommend leaving the cookie function on.

Furthermore we recommend completely signing off after using a computer you share with other users. This particularly applies to computers in public spaces, such as internet cafés or libraries. In this case we highly recommend completely signing off so that no data remain recognisable for the next user.

Website Encryption
Although we do not store any of your vital information, we have still implemented a UCC SLL to our website to ensure our customers are safe and secure whilst making any transactions through our site.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us at anytime using our contact form. We are more than happy to help, your satisfaction is our priority.
